In May 2011, the intellectual property rights and assets of Ubitech Systems Inc. were acquired by IDS Ingegneria dei Sistemi S.p.A., resulting in the establishment of Ubitech Technologies Inc. as a wholly owned member of the IDS group of companies. Ubitech's union with IDS expands its opportunities and enables Ubitech to offer a fuller and integrated selection of aeronautical software solutions to its customers worldwide.
